When you purchase a beat from this site, you will be receiving a mp3 file. This is known as a basic lease. This file is not to be redistributed, and is for the sole ownership of the buyer. This lease grants the buyer the opportunity to use the instrumental for non-profit use. Proper credit MUST be given (ex: prod: Penny Beats).

Premium Lease (25 dollars) :

This lease is not directly offered from this site, but can be purchased through an email to pennybeatz@gmail.com

This lease will grant the buyer both the mp3 and the

.wav file for the beat of your choice. IF THE EMAIL IS NOT ANSWERED WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE PREMIUM LEASE FREE.

Customs (25 dollar):

Like my style but don't hear exactly what you want? No worries. I take custom orders. The best part about custom orders is that the track is not finished until the customer is satisfied. If purchased, I will work with the customer in order to create what they are looking for. I will exchange rough drafts with you, and take your feedback in order to create exactly what you wish to hear. IF AN EMAIL FOR A CUSTOM GOES UNANSWERED FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS, THE PRICE WILL BE DISCOUNTED DOWN TO 15 DOLLARS.

Track-outs and Exclusive Beats (price negotiable):
